Carefully cut out the two sheets from the sheet. The outline of the ears can be cut with a craft knife by an adult.

Ensure that the outline cut extends to the ends of these lines

Fold the two side flaps of the head upwards (use a ruler to get a nice straight edge).

Initially fold the white area at the top of the head (with the DYT logo) upwards….

…. then fold it backwards along with the small tabs at the top of the head and those around the chin.

Apply paper glue to the area shown. Fold the back of the mask to line up with the glued area…..

…make sure the tabs at the top of the head are tucked inside – there is no need to glue/stick these tabs. Tape can be applied to the back of the head to hold these parts in place whilst the glue dries.

Apply paper glue to the two tabs each side of the chin and fold them inside the head…..

…..the bottom tab goes on the outside at the back of the head and is taped down.

Slide 9

Finally, stick the collar to the back of the head in the position indicated on the back of the head and tape down.
